Activities that Ability Plus HCS offers in the community are, bowling, going to movie cinemas, shopping, mall trips, and eating out at local restaurants. Our daily creative activities in our day hab involve computer time, doing creative projects with seasonal celebrations such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as the celebration of birthdays.

Ability Plus is an HCS, Home and Community-Based Services provider. We have more than 20 years of experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. At Ability Plus we believe in helping individuals reach their fullest potential.
We are located in Fort Bend County. We provide services in Fort Bend, Harris, Wharton, Matagorda, and Colorado Counties. Our day habilitation center is currently located in Sugar Land, TX. Our day habilitation center is exclusively for individuals receiving services from Ability Plus.
